Digital Diary is a 100% offline Windows desktop software designed to keep your family's information secure on your local computer. We, Om Care N Cure, prioritize your privacy and do not have access to your personal records.

What Information is Collected

When you purchase and activate Digital Diary, we collect only the necessary information for transaction and licensing purposes:

  • Payment Information: Processed securely via our payment gateway, Razorpay.
  • Email: Used for delivering the software download link and license key.
  • Machine Request Code: A unique hardware identifier used for manual activation of your lifetime license.
  • WhatsApp Communication: Any support inquiries you initiate via WhatsApp or email.
  • Cookies: Used solely on our public website (omcarencure.com) to improve browsing experience.

What is NOT Collected

Because Digital Diary is a local application, we have absolutely no visibility into your data:

  • No Access to User Records: We cannot see, access, or retrieve the personal or financial data you enter into the software.
  • No Cloud Synchronization: Your data is stored only on your own computer. There is no cloud storage or sync.
  • No Internet Required: After the initial manual activation, the software functions entirely offline.
  • No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact or payment information to any third parties.
