Eligibility for Refunds

We stand by the quality of Digital Diary. Because we offer a downloadable digital product, refunds are only issued if the software fails to install or activate on a supported Windows system, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

If a refund is approved, processing normally takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

You have successfully activated the software.
You change your mind after receiving the download link.
You purchased the software for an unsupported operating system (e.g., Mac, iOS, Android).
You forgot your master password and lost access to your local data.

Technical Support Process & Activation Assistance

If you encounter issues, you must contact our support team. We will guide you through manual activation or assist with installation issues. Technical support is a mandatory step before any refund eligibility is considered.

Replacement Download Policy

If your original download link expires, you may request a replacement link from support by verifying your purchase details.
