Terms & Conditions

License Scope & Definition

Digital Diary (the "Software"), provided by Om Care N Cure (the "Company"), is sold as a One-Time Lifetime License. This grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the current version of the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Single Computer License & Activation

The license is restricted to a single computer. Activation requires generating a Machine Request Code on your computer and entering it on our activation portal to receive a manual activation key.

License Transfer Policy

If you need to transfer your license to a new computer due to a hardware replacement or computer upgrade, the following policy applies:

  • One Computer License: The license can only be active on one machine at a time.
  • Hardware Replacement / New Computer: Transfers are permitted when you migrate to a new device or replace major hardware components.
  • Verification Process: You must contact our support team and may be required to verify the uninstallation or disposal of the software on the old machine.
  • Transfer Approval: All transfers are processed manually by our support team and are subject to approval by Om Care N Cure to prevent abuse.

Data Responsibility

As Digital Diary is an offline application:

  • User data remains exclusively on the user's own computer.
  • Users are strictly responsible for maintaining regular backups of their vault files.
  • Om Care N Cure cannot recover data lost due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, malware, forgotten passwords, or failure to maintain adequate backups.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your computer and your master password.

Support Scope

Support is provided during our designated business hours. Support is limited to installation, activation, and software defects.

Intellectual Property & Redistribution

All intellectual property rights in the Software belong to Om Care N Cure. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering, distributing, sharing license keys, or reselling the software.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Om Care N Cure be liable for any data loss, financial loss, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
